Privacy Policy
Sakis Player is an IPTV player and activation application. It contains no channels, playlists, movies or series of its own. It connects only to the media provider that you — the customer — are already authorized to use. This policy explains what the app and the sakisplayer.com service store, and why.
1. What we collect

2. What we do not collect
- We do not see what you watch. The app streams directly from your provider; playback never passes through our servers, and no viewing history is sent to us.
- No name, e-mail address or phone number is collected by the app itself. Any contact details in the system were entered by your operator or reseller.
- No location data, no contacts, no photos, no microphone or camera access.
- No advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs — nothing about you is sent to anyone but us. The health counters described in section 2a are our own, and they carry no viewing data.
2a. Technical health counters, in plain words
The app counts how well it is working and sends those counts to sakisplayer.com on the same regular check it already makes for your licence. It sends them only when something has changed — a device with nothing to report says nothing.
- These counters are numbers about the app, not about you: successful and failed provider connections, empty replies, failed stream links, freezes, recoveries.
- No channel name, programme, playlist entry or viewing history is ever included. We cannot tell from them what you watched, or when.
- The "most recent failure" text is written by the app itself and describes the fault (for example "create_link returned nothing"), never the content.
- Only the operator or reseller who manages your device can see them, on the device's page in the management portal.
- They reset every time the app starts, and are replaced — not accumulated — on the service.
3. Your provider's credentials
If your operator stores a provider endpoint (URL, username, password or portal MAC) for your device, it is held so the app can connect on your behalf. Passwords are stored encrypted and are sent only to your own activated device over HTTPS.
4. How data is protected and shared
All communication between the app and sakisplayer.com uses HTTPS. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Data is processed only by the parties needed to run the service: our hosting provider and our network/security provider (Cloudflare), which processes connection metadata such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site.
5. Retention and deletion
Device and licence records are kept while the device is registered and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and abuse-prevention purposes. You may ask us to delete your device record and associated data by contacting support@sakisplayer.com. Uninstalling the app stops all data being sent, but does not by itself delete the record held on the service.
6. Children
The service is intended for adults who hold a subscription with a media provider. It is not directed at children. The app includes an optional parental-control PIN.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/EEA GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@sakisplayer.com to exercise these rights.

Το Sakis Player είναι μόνο player και ενεργοποίηση — δεν περιέχει κανάλια, λίστες ή ταινίες. Συνδέεται αποκλειστικά στον πάροχο που ήδη χρησιμοποιείς νόμιμα. Αποθηκεύουμε ένα εικονικό MAC (δεν είναι το πραγματικό MAC της συσκευής σου), τα στοιχεία της άδειας, το μοντέλο συσκευής και τη διεύθυνση IP. Επίσης τεχνικούς μετρητές λειτουργίας (πόσες φορές έγινε ή απέτυχε η σύνδεση με τον πάροχο, πόσες φορές πάγωσε η εικόνα και αν επανήλθε) ώστε η υποστήριξη να εντοπίζει το πρόβλημα χωρίς να χρειάζεται να το ξαναζήσεις — ποτέ όνομα καναλιού ή ιστορικό προβολής. Δεν βλέπουμε τι παρακολουθείς — η ροή πηγαίνει απευθείας από τον πάροχο στη συσκευή σου. Δεν υπάρχουν διαφημίσεις ούτε εργαλεία παρακολούθησης τρίτων. Όλη η επικοινωνία γίνεται με HTTPS.
